Renting Property During 2012

With just over 200 nations taking part in 300 events and 147 nations taking part in the Paralympics, 350,000 foreign visitors are expected (Guardian 20 September 2010) per day during the Olympics. This will undoubtedly place a huge demand on local accommodation. With the Hotels and bed site already fully booked, private landlords are also trying to make the best out of the opportunity.
