Furniture Services:
 
We have time and again come across applicants who are looking for unfurnished properties but when viewings properties they are unable to picture how the property may look with furniture. We find that this is a serious problem with unfurnished new builds which can come across cold and too new. Other properties simply need freshening up and tender love and care.  This can increase rental yields drastically and attract better quality of tenants and corporate clients who are happy to pay the higher rents.  We provide free interior design consultation, free soft furnishing and accessories.

Photography:

On big and important occasions you will look your best and most presentable. Taking pictures of a cluttered house in poor light is not going to help sell your property.
