We have had a property let by Concept for approximately 3 years now.

As we do not live in London  or  for that matter the UK we depend solely on their expertise,  contacts and good clientele for this venture to work for us.

Concept Spaces have dealt with our property since we purchased it as a new apartment.  We have never been over there only to view it initially. 
• They organized for the blinds to be fitted.
• They sourced all the necessary furniture, purchased, delivered and supervised the fitting of all the necessary items for the letting of the property.

• They find good tenants and always supply references for these people.  They get the best possible rates for the property and normally only give a year’s contract so as to get the best rates, as rates fluctuate from year to year.

In the time we have had this property the Tenants have changed  3 times and we have never had any problems as they organize the cleaning and any minor repairs to be sorted.  They will then charge for any damages by the leaving tenants and deduct these costs from their deposit,

• If any items need sorting during the year they will just arrange for it to be repaired or replaced as necessary always keeping in touch with you to make sure you are in agreement with repair or replacement costs.

Each month we receive a statement outlining what has been lodged to our Bank Account for the apartment.
