Concept Spaces is a unique market-leading Estate Agency and Lettings Agency with our head office based on the borders of Maida Vale, pioneering a stress-free way to buy, sell, rent and let property in London. Established in 2007, Concept Spaces is an independent company with an entrepreneurial spirit which allows us to respond quickly to changing market conditions and give a personalized experience to all our clients. In the past few years Concept Spaces has come to be recognised as a modern, professional and vibrant estate agency.
We have developed an extensive knowledge of the local property market. Our local dedicated property sales and lettings team is committed to providing a personalised, friendly and professional service. With all the traditional values you would expect from a well-established estate agency and letting agency combined with the latest innovations and technology, we offer a modern quality service.

Unlike traditional estate agents in London we do not have a shop front. Instead we choose to focus on providing a cost effective service and maintaining high standards. For example, amongst other things, we provide free rent guarantees* to our landlords so should a tenant stop paying rent the landlord is safe in the knowledge that he / she is fully covered for any legal fees and rent arrears.
By taking advantage of the latest technologies and creative marketing we are able to cover several areas of London and are still able to provide a local and professional service. For example, whilst we are based in West London, we manage more properties on behalf of landlords in developments close to the Olympic Village than any of the local estate agents. We specialize in managing and letting properties on behalf of investors both with single properties to large portfolios. We also work closely in partnership with investment brokers and developers as well as directly being instructed by banks and administrators to manage and sell below market value portfolios. Again these clients, including the banks, have been referred to us for our transparency and attention to detail.

Why We Are
London is one of the most populated cities in Europe with constant flow of people and a population is heavily concentrated at about 4,539 people per sq km/11,568 per sq mile. It is therefore, understandable that buying, selling, letting, and renting can be equally taxing and stressing experience. The last thing you need in that environment is for estate agents to be dishonest and provide poor level of service.
Concept Spaces was born out of personal frustration by its Scandinavian Director, who was used to transparency and quality of service. Providing an honest and transparent service is just as vital today and of the utmost importance to the company ethos. Our growth is dependent on it. If we lose one customer due to bad service we lose future customers in their relatives, family and friends.
